Thank you for your purchase from Success Strategy by Design.

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Project Scope & Time Management If you purchased a 1-hour implementation session, the work performed will be limited to what can reasonably be completed within that time. Should your project require additional time, we will notify you and request that further hours be purchased before continuing.
Block Hours Policy 10-hour block purchases are non-refundable, do not expire, and can be used over time as needed. Hours are tracked and deducted in 0.5-hour (30-minute) increments. You may use your hours across multiple projects, team members, or phases of implementation.
No Returns or Refunds All service hours are final sale. Once purchased, they cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.
Long-Term Flexibility If you do not use your purchased hours immediately, they will remain available in your account indefinitely for future use. There is no expiration.
Session Scheduling Time is booked on a first-come, first-served basis. After purchase, you will receive a link to schedule your session(s) or coordinate directly with our implementation team.
Communication & Delivery To ensure efficient use of time, please come prepared with any credentials, system access, and relevant details for your project. Lack of preparation may impact how much can be accomplished in your reserved time.
