When a prospective buyer shows interest in a listing on BizBuySell, or other platform, and fills out their information, Make.com catches the email notification and seamlessly creates a new lead in your Deal Studio account. No manual data entry is needed, this automated step ensures every potential buyer is captured instantly and accurately.
2. NDA Sent for Signature
Once the lead is in Deal Studio, the system automatically sends an email with a link to the NDA for the prospective buyer to review and sign. Meanwhile, Deal Studio starts a 10-day follow-up sequence with five separate contact attempts. If the buyer hasn’t signed the NDA after these attempts, they’re placed into a “Long-Term Nurture” campaign with monthly check-ins, allowing you to stay on their radar without heavy follow-up.
3. Business Packet Delivered After NDA
As soon as the NDA is signed, Make.com catches this update, and Deal Studio promptly sends a business information packet to the prospective buyer. This packet contains everything they need to understand the opportunity, helping them move further down the decision path.
4. Gauging Interest and Scheduling Appointments
Now that the buyer has the packet, Deal Studio initiates a new series of five follow-ups over the next 15 days. These emails and SMS messages are designed to gauge their interest, answer questions, and prompt them to book a call with you. If the buyer seems interested but hasn’t scheduled an appointment, the automation nudges them toward it, ensuring you don’t miss out on qualified leads.
5. Determining Fit and Collecting Further Information
If the buyer decides they aren’t interested in this listing, Deal Studio sends a survey asking about their criteria, allowing you to better match them with future opportunities. This feedback helps you refine your lead list without spending hours chasing down every potential buyer manually. From there they are placed in your nurturing campaign, staying relevant for when the time is right.
6. Appointment Confirmations and Post-Meeting Actions
When a buyer books an appointment, Deal Studio sends confirmation and reminder messages to ensure they show up. After the meeting, GHL can prompt you or your agent with an SMS, making it easy to categorize each lead with a quick reply:
Reply 1 for a no-show, which triggers a rebooking attempt.
Reply 2 if the buyer is ready to move forward, opening a form to log the next steps and specific details from the call.
Reply 3 if the buyer is not a good fit right now, placing them in the Long-Term Nurture campaign for future opportunities.
